Interventional Psychiatry Service

The Interventional Psychiatry Service was created to offer treatments to adults with treatment resistant depression, who are currently on antidepressant medication but still experience significant symptoms and have not found relief with traditional medication treatment.

When medications fail to work and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) negatively affects your life, our Interventional Psychiatry Service might be the solution.

Symptoms of MDD include:

  • Persistent depressed mood or loss of interest in activities
  • Changes in sleep
  • Changes in appetite
  • Low energy
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Low self-esteem
  • Feelings of guilt
  • Thoughts of suicide

If your symptoms of depression have not responded to treatment and continue to negatively impact your life, you can talk with your psychiatric provider (a psychiatrist or psychiatric APRN) to have them complete our online referral form to the Interventional Psychiatry Service. Our staff will reach out to schedule a consultation if appropriate.
