Entrance to the program is made through National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) after appropriate application through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). International medical students should apply through the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
Interviews are from December until February. We dispatch invitations to interview through ERAS.
International medical graduates are required to complete the following:
- Meaningful US clinical experience of at least two months with a strong background in diagnostic radiology.
- ECFMG Certification completion is required prior to the residency interview.
We sponsor both J-1 and H-1B visas. USMLE Step 3 is mandatory for H-1B visa sponsorship.
Both American and international graduate applications require completion of the following items:
- ERAS Application.
- NRMP Registration.
- Three letters of reference ideally from US radiology attendings and faculty members
- MSPE (Dean) Letter.
